RETURNS IN STORE AND AT CHICTHEBOUTIQUE.COM
Chic the Boutique wants you to love what you purchased, so if you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase or 14 days after the delivery date if purchased online. All tags must be attached, there should be no visible signs of wear, and you must have the original receipt in order to get a full refund.
Refunds are given in the form of store credit, not the original payment method.
If an item is purchased with a discount, sale, or promotion that sale is final and returns will not be accepted. Due to COVID-19, jewelry, hats, and masks are not eligible for returns.
We are a small business and will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well.
At this time, the buyer must pay shipping for returns, and a tracking number is recommended so you can ensure it arrives to Chic. If a mistake was made on Chic's part (wrong item shipped/defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping costs.

We are unable to guarantee exchanges as our inventory changes daily and we cannot guarantee item availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate the customer.
We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with (as long as it's within 14 days of the original purchase). If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price on a Chic Gift Card.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT? WHAT IF THE ITEM IS WORN?
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. There is a 14 day return window starting with the day the item was delivered.
SPECIAL OCCASION OR DESIGNER ITEMS
If customers need to return a special-occasion dress or designer item, we ask that the item be in the same condition as when they received it, with all packaging included and tags still attached. Customers have told us that it's important to them that the special-occasion dresses and designer items they're purchasing have not been worn or used prior to their purchase. We have also found that we received a disproportionate number of returns that appeared to have been previously worn in these categories, compared to other categories we sell. To meet our customers' expectations, we implemented a tag or card to help ensure these items are returned in original condition.
DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASE?
Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return and the return is provided at current price on a Chic Gift Card.
DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. We ask that items are in new, unworn condition.
COMPETITOR PRICE MATCHING
We are committed to offering you the best possible prices. If you find an item that we offer, in the same color and size, in stock at a designated national retailer, we will gladly meet that competitor's price.
We are unable to match prices from outlet, discount, flash sale, auction or club websites, or from regional or non-U.S.-based stores and websites. Other retailers' promotional discounts, gift card or shipping offers are also not eligible for matching.
CHIC SALE ADJUSTMENT
If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your purchase date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock.
Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item, and we do not process automated adjustment requests generated by third-party services. Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events. Designer goods originally purchased at a sale price are also excluded from any adjustments. Additional category, brand or product exclusions may apply.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.
Free shipping on orders in the continental United States
Orders will be processed upon verification of payment. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will not be processed or shipped until Monday.
Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact the shipping company to begin an inquiry into any lost items.
