Chic the Boutique wants you to love what you purchased, so if you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase or 14 days after the delivery date if purchased online. All tags must be attached, there should be no visible signs of wear, and you must have the original receipt in order to get a full refund
Refunds are given in the form of store credit, not the original payment method.
If an item is purchased with a discount, sale, or promotion that sale is final and returns will not be accepted. Jewelry, hats, and masks are not eligible for returns.
We are a small business and will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well.
At this time, the buyer must pay shipping for returns, and a tracking number is recommended so you can ensure it arrives to Chic. If a mistake was made on Chic's part (wrong item shipped/defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping costs.

We are unable to guarantee exchanges as our inventory changes daily and we cannot guarantee item availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate the customer.
We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with (as long as it's within 14 days of the original purchase). If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price on a Chic Gift Card.
